Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy for orders shipped within the United States. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as received
- Unused and unworn
- In its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect

including clear photos, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Personal care and beauty products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
- Perishable goods
- Customized or personalized items
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to:

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: up to 10 business days
Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Shipping Coverage
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
Orders placed outside the United States will not be processed.
